    Erin has over 10 years practicing knowledge in the field of design.

    For the past few years, she’s been leading research for Google Maps in emerging platforms and developer experiences. She’s also an educator having taught Design Research in the IxD undergrad program for 3 years at California College of the Arts and lectured in the Industrial Design depts. at Tongji and Fudan University in Shanghai.

    Prior to Google, Erin worked for 6 years as a designer and researcher for the creative consultancy, frog. There, she led international research and IxD projects for clients including Disney, Intel, 3M, Samsung and Huawei. She was also one of the initial creators of frog’s Collection Action Toolkit, a set of activities and methods to help bring groups together to make change in their communities.

    Peter is an experience design and product management executive with 20 years experience across a broad range of digital media. Prior to Snagajob, he was Sr. Director of Design at Jawbone, inventing the future through wearables and Internet of Things.

    In 2001, he co-founded Adaptive Path, perhaps the world's premier firm dedicated to user experience. He’s been instrumental in its growth from a small boutique firm to an international consultancy, with offices in San Francisco, Austin, and Amsterdam.

    After Adaptive Path, he lead the global design team at Groupon, including product/UX, marketing, and brand design. He grew the team from 30 to 60, and was instrumental in the first redesign of since the company launched.

    For over 15 years he’s been a dedicated thinker, writer, and public speaker about user experience. Just recently, he co-authored Org Design for Design Orgs published by OReilly.
