We’re always heartbroken when our users leave us, but if that’s something you really need to do, you can close your subscription directly in the application.
How? First you have to access your account settings in the Dashboard.
Then, as the owner of the account, click “you can do it here” under “Learn more about Systems plan!” button in the “Billing” section.
If you’re going to take just a temporary break, maybe you’d like to park your account for $5 a month instead? This way you’ll still be able to export, share, and review your portfolio, and once you’re ready to get back to prototyping, you’ll just need to upgrade your plan.
However if you’re sure you won’t be needing the account anymore, simply press “No thanks” button.
As soon as you do it, a cancellation form will pop out where you can choose the reason why you’re leaving and share your thoughts why you’ve decided to drop the tool. Please tell us if it’s something we did or some external factors influenced your decision. Your feedback helps us understand what happens and points us in the right direction in terms of app development. It may also turn out that there’s something we can do and help if the reason for leaving us has to do with our application.
When you’re done with your feedback, simply press “Close account” button and your subscription will be cancelled. Your account will remain active till the end of the current payment period.
Please remember that the moment your current subscription period expires, your account will become automatically suspended. It means that all access to projects and prototypes will be revoked and you’ll be able to regain it only by reactivating the account with a subscription. Additionally, please note that we remove the prototypes for the suspended accounts after 60 days.
