Clearing the browser’s cache will rule out the risk that it’s caused by some local problems. No idea how to do it? Don’t worry. Let’s see how it works in top three browser’s used for UXPin: Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
To clear cache in Google Chrome, first open the browser’s menu in the upper right corner by clicking the hamburger icon.
Choose “Settings” from the menu.
Open “Show advanced settings” at the bottom of the menu to see more options.
Select the “Clear browsing data…” button.
First change the drop-down menu to “the beginning of time” and then activate only “Cached images and files”.
Click “Clear browsing data” to perform the operation and you’re done!
To clear cache in Firefox, you need to start from opening the browser’s menu using the hamburger icon.
Choose “History” option from the menu.
The next step is to select the “Clear Recent History…” option.
Now change the drop-down menu to “Everything” and activate “Cache” only.
Click “Clear Now” button to finish the operation.
Let’s start from going to the Safari tab in the menu bar. Choose the “Preferences” option there.
In the “Preferences” menu select the last tab, “Advanced”, and activate the “Show Develop menu in the menu bar”.
When you do that, you’ll instantly see the Develop menu in the bar. Open it and choose “Empty Caches” from the options.
If you have enabled the Develop menu before, you just need to perform the last step and empty the cache.
That should do it! However, if the problem persists then contact our support team for more tips!
