All designers know that well-selected visuals complement and enrich every prototype, and bring us closer to the final product. With UXPin you can quickly add videos to your design by means of our convenient video element!
Adding a video element
In UXPin you can easily add a video from an external source. Let’s start from creating a video element on the canvas. Just search our libraries for an active video element (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F).
Once you find it, all you need to do is to place it on the canvas and resize it accordingly.
You’ll find several different video elements in our libraries. Some of them are just exemplary video icons, so you won’t be able to upload a video to them.
Embedding your video
The Custom menu on the right side of the editor is exactly the place we need to go now. Open this menu and type the URL of your video (YouTube, Vimeo and Dropbox are among supported channels). When you provide the URL, press enter and you’re done! You can change other properties of the video element such as size as well if you need.
The uploaded video will be visible when you check it out in the preview mode. Make a life-changing decision and sign up for a free trial now.
