What we need

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills. They are vital to work in a multicultural environment as well as with customers spread all over the world.
  • Good understanding of digital design and technical knowledge. You won't be asked to code or design anything, but it's important that you find a common language with software engineers and designers. Especially, when it comes to solving our customers’ technical issues
  • Copywriting skills needed for creating knowledge base, tutorials and Blog posts.
  • Social media star. Tweets, Facebook, Slack and open forums are a major part of being close to our customers.
  • A multitasker who manages time effectively and is comfortable wearing multiple hats, easily switching gears in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Team player who takes responsibility for identifying and implementing new processes to contribute to the success of the Team and the entire company.
  • Able to work evening hours if required.

What you’ll do

  • Build sustainable relationships with our customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Product team to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Partner up with Revenue team to meet and exceed customers expectations.
  • Impact company goals by addressing problems efficiently.
