Inspiration. <\/p>\n
That\u2019s a very heady word. It has one definition. But really has different meanings for everyone. And it can conjure up images of posters lining the walls of a sterile office. However, inspiration is powerful. Whether we like to admit it or not, we seek it out everywhere we go, in everything we see and hear.<\/p>\n
Around these parts at UXPin, we\u2019ve looked to those who came before us in physical product design to inspire the creation of our redesigned platform<\/a>. We looked to the work of Dieter Rams\u2019 work with Braun<\/a>. We looked to car design. We looked at the world around us.<\/p>\n We even used music to spark the imagination of the design team. Our CEO Marcin Treder used a little Yo-Yo Ma as the soundtrack for a screencast showcasing his ideas for the redesigned UXPin.<\/p>\n So now, we\u2019re turning inward to see what further inspires our team, which we want to share with you. First up is Yvonne Campbell. She shares with us why calligraphy ignites her creativity.<\/p>\n
