A team is a set of people working together for a common goal. In UXPin terms, they\u2019re building great prototype apps and websites.<\/p>\n

Every team member is assigned a role,<\/em> which gives different levels of access to projects, in addition to their own. Team members can also see team comments<\/a>, as opposed to public comments \u2014 although anyone with an unlocked preview URL can test and test the prototype.<\/p>\n

Roles<\/h2>\n

Roles define what team members can do, and what projects they have access to. Each team member has one role: \u201ccreator,\u201d \u201cmanager,\u201d \u201cowner,\u201d and \u201ccollaborator.\u201d<\/p>\n

Every account in UXPin has exactly one owner, usually the person who sets up the account.<\/p>\n

Adding team members<\/h2>\n

Look at the top of the Dashboard for \u201cadd new team member.\u201d This will present a window in which you add people by sending email invitations. <\/p>\n

Managing users and their roles<\/h2>\n

You can control who has access to what, as well as removing team members from your account, by clicking \u201cmanage team\u201d at the top of the Dashboard. <\/p>\n

By default you\u2019ll see a list of users and their access levels or roles. Here you can change their role in your account. Clicking the three-dot icon to the right of each user gives you the option to remove them from your account.<\/p>\n

Click the Roles tab to see each role\u2019s capabilities.<\/p>\n

Team-level features<\/h2>\n

Depending on their type of account \u2014 Basic, Pro, Team, or Enterprise \u2014 users have different options. For example, Team accounts can choose to share their live preview comments<\/a> visible to all stakeholders \u2014 or just people on the team itself. <\/p>\n
