A great presentation results in better feedback.<\/li><li><strong>Critiquers: <\/strong>These are the people with the opinions. Remember, critiquers don\u2019t need to be designers. They can be anyone who may have useful feedback on the product design \u2013 for example, developers, other executives, or clients. They\u2019ll need to be specific on what\u2019s not working and provide constructive pointers on how to improve.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>How big should a design critique panel be? It&#8217;s important to get a variety of viewpoints, but larger groups are difficult to facilitate. We recommend anywhere between 3 to 7 members.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-by-step-how-to-structure-a-design-critique\">Step-by-Step: How to Structure a Design Critique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three key steps to a constructive design critique session. Let\u2019s discuss them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-1-set-out-the-goals-and-scope-of-the-design-critique\">Step 1: Set out the goals and scope of the design critique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before a design critique session begins, the facilitator should set out clearly <strong>what the scope and expectations of the critique are<\/strong>.
