UXPin is a collaborative platform, so to enhance teamwork in your organization you can be invited to multiple UXPin accounts at once. To make it more convenient, you can access multiple accounts with the same login credentials.
You’ll sometimes need to switch between accounts to access the one you’d like to work in at the moment, and we’d love to show you how to do this!
It may happen that you’ll see the message that your account is suspended but you are sure that you’ve got a paid account which should be active. In this case, it’s probably just your trial which expired, so all you need to do is to switch to the paid account and everything will be back to normal.
Take a look at the left section of the dashboard – you’ll see a couple of square icons with letters there. Each icon stands for one account and when you hover over them, you’ll instantly see a name of the account.
All you have to do now is click on the account that you want to switch to. Just like that!
Setting up a default account
If you mostly work in one account and want to avoid switching back and forth between accounts you can set one of them as your default one.
Looking for prototypes
When you have a couple of accounts assigned to one email address, it’s sometimes difficult to keep track of your prototypes. In such situations, it’s always a good idea to have a look at the other accounts and check which files are stored there.
The currently active account will be always marked with a lighter icon and a blue dot, to help you orientate easily.
Once again, you just need to choose the right account and click its icon to switch and see all the projects and prototypes from the other account.
That should do it, but if you have any other questions about switching between accounts, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org .
