If you're an account owner, you can close the account any time by giving us a call. Go to the Billing section in your Account Settings and use the phone number displayed under plan details. Please have your account email and credit card details ready.
If you’re a student enrolled in a degree program or diploma granting course, you can use UXPin for free. You just need to sign up for a trial and then send us a scan or a photo of your student ID so that we can verify your student status. Use our in-app chat that’s available from the Help menu in bottom right corner of the editor.
