What we need

  • Prior customer facing role in online business is a must.
  • Fluent English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of digital design and technical knowledge for better communication across teams and with customers.
  • Problem solver. Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately, and identify new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives.
  • Possess good decision making and analytical skills.
  • Ambitious individuals interested in learning and exploring new UX design market opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do

  • Identify roadblocks and prepare Churn Prevention Strategy aligned with Revenue and Product Teams, keeping customer’s satisfaction at the center of these efforts.
  • Create Onboarding process for paying customers from scratch.
  • Have direct impact on Customer Lifespan (Retention) and proactively checking in with them to ensure satisfaction and continued usage by showing them value in the product.
  • Track Customer Onboarding metrics to test possibilities, measure your effectiveness and team efficiency, improve and learn.
  • Identify and develop 'upsell' opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product team to stay updated on product knowledge as well as provide feedback to the Team that would bring more value to the customer.
  • Partner up with Revenue team to meet and exceed customers expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and time/budget reports.
